Clamping Machines

One of the key components of our success and perfect track record is the fact that we have the most cutting-edge facilities, equipped with the newest technology and machinery.

We use sophisticated APG clamping machines of different pressures and clamping plate dimensions from the renowned Vogel GmbH & Co. KG Switzerland. These machines are installed with different force, and equipped with suitable sizes of mould and clamping plates, which ensures they can simultaneously manufacture components of various sizes and shapes.

Clamping machines are operated through PLC to correct and maintain processing parameters such as temperatures, pressures and gelation time. Tilting mechanisms are incorporated in the process to ensure void free castings. It is possible to cast large components as large as 1200mm x 1200 mm dimensions using high clamping force up to 60 ton/600 KN.
